Airport Commerce Center Metropolitan District

Airport Commerce Center Metropolitan Distrcit provides raw (non-potable) irrigation water for the lots within the District. Each lot is allocated a specific amount of water. View the Rules and Regulations for more information.

April 2026 - Through a Resolution, the Board implemented water rates and fees. Currently, only penalty fees have been adopted though the Board reserves the athority to charge usage rates. See the Rules and Regulations for more information.
