Airport Commerce Center Metropolitan District

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Airport Commerce Center Metropolitan District (“District”) and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the District shall consider implementing and increasing the District’s water fees and penalties effective April 21, 2026, at an open public meeting to be held at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. The meeting will be held virtually via electronic meeting (join details can be found below).

 

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any interested party may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections to the Board regarding this matter.  Information regarding the possible rate increase may be obtained from the District’s accounting company, Marchetti & Weaver, LLC, 28 Second Street, Suite 213, Edwards, Colorado by email to bethj@mwcpaa.com.
